Come and walk with us where Moses and Jesus walked!
"Top 10 Things" to consider in any Holy Land journey:
1.
When should I sign up for a tour? Call us today at
765-432-8077. Our deadline to enroll is near. If you'd like
information, just email or call us personally. Contact us
with any questions. There is still time!
2. Where will we stay? For our tours, we choose only 'First
Class' or 'Superior' hotels - where we have stayed before or
that come highly recommended to us. Each of them are
comfortable properties - with modern amenities. Our hotels
are booked well in advance and host American groups all the
time. English is spoken by hotel desk personnel.
3. Who designs and leads these trips?
David and Marilyn Stokes are experienced tour hosts. This
March is David's thirteenth Bible Lands tour including his
first trip to Israel, Greece and Jordan 25 years ago. David and Marilyn are your hosts from beginning to end, and on the 2017 tour, we are co-hosting with experienced Tour Host Dr. John DeLancey. John and David will share insights at various special places. We are also led throughout by outstanding Israeli and Jordanian tour guides.
4.What is included and what is not? A great question! Most Bible-land tours are priced departing from New York. Your airfare from the mid-west is INCLUDED in our tours. All touring transportation is by modern motor coach. Our mid-west departure saves most people money, and airfare from other airports can be arranged at great rates. Delicious breakfasts and dinners in our hotel dining rooms, admission to all sites per itinerary, study materials, portering of luggage at hotels - all included! We also include airfare taxes/surcharges and tips in our brochure price! Your other costs are for trip insurance (optional but recommended) souvenirs, dinnertime beverages, lunch choices, bottled water and snacks.
5.What will the weather be like? Seasons vary in the Bible lands as they do in the States. Each season is special in its own way. March is beautiful! [Click on our "Home Page" for up-to-the-minute time and weather in Israel.]
6.How much will it cost? Our price for this "high-value" tour is very reasonable at $4,984 per person. That includes airfare, admission to all sites, airline taxes, all hotel taxes and fees, local guides. Other tours cost hundreds more and do NOT include all that we do. When considering any group travel, be sure to compare itinerary, quality of hotels etc. - "apples with apples." Always read the "fine print" in any tour brochure (including ours.)
. Personal Travel Insurance is optional but we ALWAYS recommend it and we buy it personally. We will be happy to send you a trip insurance brochure upon request.
. As is customary for group travel, the price is "per person", and based on two people per room. Private rooms may be reserved in advance at additional cost. If one wishes, we can try to find a single traveler a suitable roommate.
. All international airlines add airport and fuel surcharges. These are beyond our control and could be changed by the airlines. Our price INCLUDES these mandatory charges and INCLUDES $180 for your personal tips/gratuities (distributed by your tour leaders directly to those who serve us. You don't have to worry about tips on the trip!)
. Bountiful breakfasts and dinners are included each day. Most lunches and your beverages at dinner, are a personal expense. That is customary on these tours since both our daily schedules and your personal choices will vary.
. Air connections from other cities are available at VERY reasonable cost. Call us now for a personal quote!
7. How safe is it to travel there? This is a common question and very understandable. Just to begin, if you ask ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN ON OUR TOURS all of them will tell you that they felt very welcome and very secure in Israel. Remember, no one can guarantee safety - even at home, school, visiting any American city or just going to the store! Security in Israel is very high, and tourism is at record high levels.
The bottom line is, not one American group tour member has been attacked or killed in Israel since it became a state in 1948! NOT ONE. Really! That's much safer than popular U.S. tourist cities - including Orlando where we lived while raising our children! But Disney World is busy and popular! You will feel welcome and safe on this trip!
8.
How will we travel? We use regular, scheduled airline flights and throughout our stay, we travel in modern, air-conditioned tour buses that are for our use only. Only those who are with our group have access to, or ride on our buses. Our motor coaches are locked while we visit various sites along the way.
9.What will the food be like? The variety and quality of meals is wonderful! Each day breakfast and dinner are in hotel dining rooms where you'll find both familiar and Mediterranean dishes. The Israeli breakfast buffets are legendary! We really love the food (and coffee) in Israel and Jordan. Our meals together are relaxing and enjoyable.
10.What will be the "atmosphere" in the group? In a word? Fun! Our tour members become like family. encouraging and helping each other. You'll make new lifetime friends as we share incredible experiences. We'll have joyful worship times, warm fellowship, stirring Bible talks, quiet reflection and lots of laughter!
The Bible will come alive in High-Def, 3-D! Come with us in 2017. You will be blessed and you will love it! Call or email us today. 765-432-8077 david@yourpaths.net

"He will direct your paths..." - Proverbs 3:5-6
Masada is a rugged natural fortress, built by Herod the Great, overlooking the Dead Sea. One of modern Israel's greatest symbols, it was the last Jewish stronghold against the Roman invasion in the first century. We will enjoy a scenic cable car ride up to Masada!
