...He Will Direct Your Paths

APRIL 2022 TRAVEL UPDATE:

Israel had just celebrated a record year. An astounding 4.55

million tourists traveled to the Holy Land in 2019, experiencing

some of the world’s most important sites. Israel's Ministry of

Tourism was equally optimistic about projections for 2020.

Then the coronavirus brought international travel to a halt.

Our tour group of 40 was in Jerusalem that March when it all

happened. We are excited that finally after two years, Israel

is open to travel again. Our company Imagine Tours and Travel,

has led the way!! Every day I receive pictures of groups touring with Imagine, all over the region, including Israel; from Galilee in the north to the Negev down south; from the Mediterranean to the Jordan River, from Caesarea Philippi to Jerusalem to Bethlehem and Masada. Groups are traveling, worshipping, laughing, praying. We can't wait for our trip to Israel and Germany, in less than two months, June 15-25!

Feel free to contact us today with any questions you may have through the hotlinks on our homepage.

A major tour host and personal friend, John DeLancey, just returned from the first of several trips he's leading this year. Some time ago, John was asked about safety in the region;

         "...traveling in Israel is safe... Ultra Orthodox Jews walk daily through the Damascus Gate and the heart of the Muslim Quarter of the Old City without safety concern. In Israel we encounter kind and friendly Arab and Jewish Israelis alike. For example, our bus drivers are usually Arabs, while our guides are Jewish. To see driver and guide get along so well is indicative of normal life in Israel.....

Most importantly, God is in control and His sovereign hand rests upon us whether we are here in the States or somewhere in Israel. Entrusting every tour in God’s hands leads to a life-transforming experience for all!"

I first visited Israel and Jordan 34 years ago. Israel had signed a peace treaty with Egypt in 1974. They signed one with Jordan 20 years later (1994). Then, during the Trump Administration, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Sudan established peaceful relations with Israel! That was inconceivable, but it is historic and it's real! If it were not safe to travel in the region, I would not take the most precious people in my life there including my friends. My wife Marilyn joins me on our tours and each of our daughters have been to Israel with me. This year's Israel trip is closed but you can walk in the Footsteps of Paul next April as we travel through Greece; from Philippi to Corinth and visit Crete, Patmos, Mykonos, Santorini and Ephesus on a Greek Isles Cruise. Psalm 122:6 instructs us to "Pray for the peace of Jerusalem."  I pray daily for peace in the region.                                                                                                                                 - David
